
Bon Breads is an artisan bakery that was born in January of 1999 with the passion and knowledge of Carlos Pereira, a craftsperson dedicated to artisan breads. Carlos Pereira founded Bon Breads with a commitment to quality and passion for detail.
Bon Breads started selling its first loaf of bread in June of 1999 and has never stopped since. Our bakery operates 24 hours 7 days a week to provide the best service to our clients.
Bon Breads is dedicated exclusively to artisan breads. Each and every one of our recipes has been originally created and developed. All of our breads are made with raw materials such as unbleached or whole wheat or rye flour, salt, and water.
Our dough’s are made with natural starters and are given ample time to mature ensuring the adequate control of fermentation and the satisfactory action of our starter. We bake in deck and rack ovens depending on the needs of our breads.
We can create from the most basic to the most sophisticated recipe to provide you with signature breads. Aside from our line of hand made breads we also specialized in the production of high quality dinner rolls.
